To delete your Kinetiq profile and associated tracking records, sign in to Account & privacy. You can do this in your browser without installing an app.

1. Download your data if you want to keep a copy.
2. Manage and end any active web subscription.
3. Choose permanent deletion and confirm.

Deletion removes your Kinetiq profile, food diary, hydration and activity check-ins, reminders and plan progress. Payment providers may retain transaction records. Your separate ChatGPT sign-in account is not deleted.
