Information we process

KINETIQ processes the account information supplied through Sign-In-With-ChatGPT, including your stable site-specific user identifier, email address and optional display name. We also store profile details, selected fitness goals, calculated targets, daily check-ins, plan completion, reminder preferences and membership status.

How we use information

We use your information to operate your member account, personalize your plan, save progress, provide billing access, prevent fraud and improve the service. Health and fitness information is used only to provide the features you request and is not medical diagnosis.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting and database infrastructure. OpenAI provides the sign-in flow. Stripe processes payments and stores payment details; KINETIQ does not receive your full card number. Meta advertising tools may receive limited campaign and conversion data when configured.

Retention and choices

We retain account and progress records while your account is active and as reasonably required for security, legal and accounting purposes. You can manage billing through Stripe’s customer portal. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information.
