Membership and billing

Paid memberships begin with a $1 activation charge and a 10-day trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your selected monthly membership renews at the price shown during Checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the billing portal.

Fitness and nutrition disclaimer

KINETIQ provides educational fitness, nutrition, hydration and wellness information, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning a program, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant or take medication. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for choosing appropriate exercise intensity, using equipment safely, providing accurate profile information and keeping your account secure. Do not rely on images alone for movement instruction.

Digital content and coaching

Plans may be adapted as the service develops. Coaching features depend on the membership selected and availability. KINETIQ apparel shown on the site is concept imagery until products are explicitly offered for sale.

Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by law, KINETIQ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. We may update these terms and will post the revised date here.
