Membership and billing

The planned 21-Day Starter is C$29 as a one-time payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Checkout remains unavailable until launch preparation is complete. Test transactions do not charge real money or create paid access. Apparel and Plus memberships are not currently offered for purchase. Any existing subscription remains subject to the terms accepted when it was purchased.

Fitness and nutrition disclaimer

KINETIQ provides educational fitness, nutrition, hydration and wellness information, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning a program, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant or take medication. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for choosing appropriate exercise intensity, using equipment safely, providing accurate profile information and keeping your account secure. Do not rely on images alone for movement instruction.

Self-guided digital content

Plans may be adapted as the service develops. New KINETIQ programs are self-guided and do not include human coaching or calls. Planned offers are previews until explicitly opened for purchase. KINETIQ apparel shown on the site is concept imagery until products are explicitly offered for sale.

Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by law, KINETIQ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. We may update these terms and will post the revised date here.
